Return & Refund

Gusspace.com adheres to the "quality first, user first" philosophy.
We have a professional quality inspection team to check the products you ordered before packaging and delivery, but sometimes you need to return or replace them.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please take advantage of our cancellation and return policies.

For questions not mentioned below, please email us at support@gusspace.com with a note and photo explaining why you asked.

Cancellation policy:
All our products can be cancelled before shipment.
If your order is unpaid, you can easily cancel your own order.
If your order has been paid, you can contact our customer service to cancel your order.
Once your order has been placed, there can be no further cancellation.

Cancellation before payment
1. Log into my account and click on my order.
2. Click the order number you want to cancel.
3. Click "delete this order" to confirm that you want to cancel this order.

Cancellation after payment
Please note that we may offer cancellation policies or solutions for customer queries depending on the product category.
1. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation of payment will be eligible for a full refund.
2. Orders cancelled more than 24 hours after confirmation of payment will be eligible for a partial refund, including full shipping costs and 60% of the purchase price of the product.
Once your order is sent, you can't cancel it.
Note: the deduction is for restocking/processing fees.

Return policy
We recommend that you conduct a thorough inspection after receiving the package and confirm that the items in the package are the items you specified.
If you want to return or replace the product, please make sure the product is in its original condition, unused, undamaged and original packaging.
If you confirm that you want to return the product, the shipping cost of the return will be borne by you. The refunded cost is 60% of the total purchase amount. If you need to exchange the product, the returned shipping cost will be borne by you. Please refer to the next question for the specific return and exchange.

Damaged on arrival
If the goods are damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 14 days from the date of shipment and follow the 14-day warranty procedure.
If the item is of high value, we may ask you to return it.
Please put all the accessories in the returned package.
If parts or accessories are lost, we will ask you for compensation.
All return freight will be borne by the buyer.

60 days for conditional return
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product is still in a brand new state, we can arrange a partial refund, which will include the price of the item minus the freight.
You will be responsible for paying the return freight.
If the product is damaged or unusable, please refer to our 15-day product warranty or its category warranty.
The return package shall contain all accessories of the product, which shall be in good condition.

60 days after delivery
We will not accept refund or replacement requests.
Please contact our customer service representative for more information.

Defective, damaged, miscarried, lost:
1. If we ship you defective, damaged or misshipped items, you are eligible for a partial or full refund or replacement (excluding accessories).
For lost items, we will reship the goods for you if we have stock.
Otherwise you will get a partial refund.
2. If you believe that your item was damaged during shipping, you must obtain "proof of damage" documents from your shipping company, which should be included in your return package.

How can I return defective items to gusspace.com?
Please contact us before returning the goods so that we can receive the return address and other instructions.
Without prior notice, gusspace.com will not be responsible for the return of goods.

Here are some further Suggestions and important caveats:
1. Keep all packing materials and shipping documents that may be necessary to process your return request;
2. After sending back the product, please send us the tracking number and a copy of the shipping receipt;
If we cannot receive this information, you have to wait until the product arrives.
3. The refund will be made according to the payment method you used when placing the order.
All intermediary and bank charges shall be borne by the client;
If you notice that the package is broken or opened, you may refuse to sign for it.
Accepting damaged or damaged packages can affect your return requirements;
5. If you want to avoid paying high import tax when returning goods, please avoid DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx and other express services.
6. After receiving the defective products, we can arrange refund or replacement;

1. Your order number;

3. Briefly describe the problems with the product;

Please note:
1. Once your request is approved, our customer service department will provide you with a return address (not a location address or parcel address).
Please return the goods to the return address as soon as possible, and then send us the tracking number.
2. Items received unused, undamaged and in original packaging.
All returned items are inspected.
When we confirm that the product has the problem you mentioned, we will process the refund.The refund will be returned to you within 3 working days.
3. If your request is not approved or the returned item is unacceptable, we reserve the right not to process the refund.
Any purchase you make on gusspace.com indicates that you have read, understood, and agreed to our cancellation and return policies as described above.
gusspace.com reserves the right to make changes and improvements to this policy.
Any changes will be updated in the forum or in the relevant section of our help center.
