Return Policy

At gusspace.com, returns are easy! We strive to offer the best shopping experience, including fast and hassle-free returns. Please Contact Customer Service to process your return.

You can return most items for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Return item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted. Please keep in mind that return shipping is free of cost (in the situation that you have purchase Insurance). If you did not purchase the Insurance, return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. We apologize for your less than perfect experience.

How to start a return:
1) Start a return request by emailing to support@gusspace.com with title: Return #xxxx (order ID)
2) We will response to the return email in 2 business day.
3) Refund will be returned to the original bank account within 3 business days.

Please be sure to start this return request within 30 days of the delivery date.

There are a few items that can’t be returned:

• Clearance items
• Gift cards
• Personalized items
• Items you have already assembled


Damaged or Defective Items

Return shipping for damaged or defective items is free — just pick your preferred resolution:

• Replacement parts (e.g. a broken glass shade)
• A replacement item
• A refund


How to get started:
1) Choose your resolution, to return for refund or get replacement.
2) Send photos/video as proof of damage/defective item to support@gusspace.com
3) We will response to the return email in 2 business day.
4) Refund or replacement will be release within 5 business days.
We’ll provide return instructions for the damaged or defective item. Be sure to complete this process within 30 days of the delivery date.
PLEASE NOTE: check package carefully before signing for your item(s). If package is delivered in damaged/damp/deformed condition, please request a "Damage Report/Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier. This will be one of the very important materials for damage return and refund.


Cancellation Policy

For all products excluding made-to-order items, orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time until the order is shipped.

-Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation are eligible for a full refund.

-For orders cancelled after 24 hours, 15% restocking fee will be charged.

-Orders that have already been shipped can not be cancelled.


For Made-To-Order products:

-Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation are eligible for a full refund.

-Orders cancelled after production begins may be cancelled, but you will be responsible for 50% of the product price.

-Made-To-Order products that have already been shipped can not be cancelled.

If one or more of the items you receive are damaged, inconsistent or unusable.

What do we need from you?

1. Order number and article number;

2. Show photos or videos of problems;

3. Photos of shipping labels and original packaging;

We will review your claim and contact you for more information;If approved, we will arrange partial replacement of defective products or partial refund.We will pay for the defective part by replacing the partially defective product or by offering a partial refund.If you are not satisfied with the product, please do not hesitate to contact us, our customer team will provide you with a complete solution.


Where should I send the return?

If you need a refund, please make a refund according to our refund policy. If you need to return an item, please contact our customer team for the return address.Without prior notice, Gusspace.com will not accept returns.


Do I need to return the whole thing or just the parts in question?

Unless otherwise agreed, you shall return the item and its original packaging and all accessories.If a part, accessory or spare part is lost, we will ask you for compensation.


30 days for conditional refund

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product is still in a brand new state, we can arrange a partial refund, which will include the price of the item minus the freight.You will be responsible for paying the return freight.


Note:

If you need a refund, please contact our customer team, otherwise gusspace.com will not be responsible for the refund without informing us in advance.

If you find yourself in this situation, please do not hesitate to contact us to submit your claim.



Cancel the guarantee

Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel an order or change an item that has not yet been processed.

If the expected shipping date of your order has passed but has not been shipped, you can cancel the order and request a refund, which will be automatically returned to your payment account within 5 business days

Orders that have been processed cannot be cancelled.If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days after receipt of the goods, you will be subject to our "30 day return" guarantee.

We reserve the right not to accept the returns or to process the replacement or the refund request without prior approval from our Customer Service.
